Ways to Help Rivertree during the COVID-19 Outbreak
The Rivertree school year ended on May 22nd - and it was one for the history books! Although the spring semester did not go as we planned, we are so grateful our students had opportunities to learn and grow during our closure. Thank you so much to everyone who reached out and has helped us provided support from afar during this time!
We loaned out iPads so students could participate in distance learning throughout our closure. Their Teachers personally checked in with them regularly, and our Chaplain and Counselor provided services virtually. In addition to serving the usual two meals and a snack each day, we also handed out over 1,200 family snack bags - thanks to your generous donations!

We will be hosting summer school in July for students that were unable to complete all of their distance learning assignments. Our staff is hard at work planning for next year and exploring contingency options based on current recommendations.
Here are TWO ways you can help our students right now:
Please continue checking back to this page for updated ways you can support them during this time.
Pray! Please join us in praying for our world, our nation, and our school. We are trusting God and asking for protection for our students, families, staff, and each of YOU during this outbreak. Please ask God to give us wisdom as we plan for next year, knowing that He is in control of all things. Thank you for your outpouring of support during this time!
Gifts toward general operations or student scholarships. Whether we are operating at our campuses or finding ways to continue educating remotely, Rivertree must still raise over 93% of the cost to operate each day. Our most urgent need continues to be for unrestricted funding, which allows us to more easily adjust our strategy as the COVID-19 pandemic continues evolving, while providing stability to our students through making the same services available to them.
